To register as a FDI wholesale buyer we will need your State Tax Resale Number and your Federal Tax ID Number.  There is a $150.00 minimum on each wholesale order.  Wholesale orders are shipped "best way" and freight free within the continental United States.  Wholesale and retail items may not be mixed on the same order.  Our books, videos, and other selected items are not available for wholesale purchase.
